What do you find most enjoyable about working for DSC?
Thinking on my feet when you have to make bespoke cocktails and pulling some dodgy dance moves behind the bar.
What’s your favourite DSC cocktail?
Mine is the Dane-ted love, because it’s got a sharp beginning then a sweet fresh taste at the end.
What has been your most embarrassing moment being a bartender?
Being asked to dry ice on my trial shift at DSC and believing it. That’s haunted me ever since, but I didn’t dry it luckily because they burst out laughing before.
