UP01 - THE ORIGINAL PROJECT

Founded in 2013 by three friends, The Umbrella Project is a collective focused on creating new and compelling hospitality concepts. Currently under the canopy are award winning neighborhood bars Discount Suit Company and The Sun Tavern, musical platform Umbrella Radio and Umbrella London’s ciders and Ginger Beer.

The Umbrella Project bars are community focused, with an emphasis on catering to the local residents and workers, but our reputation spans far and wide – over the past five years we have worked with multi award winning, world renowned venues in both Europe and the USA including former worlds best bar The Dead Rabbit NYC, Barcelona’s Two Schmucks, Supernova Ballroom in Toronto and Edinburgh’s Panda & Sons. Collaboration is an important part of our ethos, and we seek to support like minded, independent businesses where possible.
