DJS The Sun Tavern & Discount Suit Company have resident DJs every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday spinning till late, ensuring our weekends are sufficiently raucous.
We hold our monthly Sun Tavern takeover, Non-Specific, any given Thursday of the month, inviting guest DJs to show us their take on non-specific Rock ‘n’ Roll. Over the years we’ve been paid visits from guests as diverse as Pam Hogg, Carl Barât (The Libertines), Metronomy, Fontaines DC, Goat Girl, Yeasayer, Andy Bell (Oasis, Ride), Suggs, whose acapella rendition of It Must Be Love was a spinetingly uplifting moment, and a Jubilee Special featuring Don Letts & Paul Cook (Sex Pistols).
Not to be outdone, Discount Suit Company host their own Umbrella Radio takeover, PTO, every month, inviting guest DJs to the party to share their love of all things Funk ‘n’ Soul until the wee hours. Previous guests include, Disco Freaks, Iraina Mancini, Kitty Liv (Kitty, Daisy & Lewis), and WAG Club legend Chris Sullivan.

Live Music Every Sunday and Monday evenings, The Sun Tavern has live music from the many musicians that pass through its doors. Sundays see upbeat vibes from their Sunday residents, seeing out the last breaths of the weekend in the boisterous fashion it deserves.
Mondays are a little more laidback, with local songsmiths stopping by, pulling up a pew, and regaling all and sundry with a mix of their own songs and those of others. Regulars to swing by are Irish journey-man Pat Dam-Smyth and Blues enthusiasts Ash Lambe & the 32-20’s
