This is a collaboration with The Umbrella Workshop and our friends at Sausage Press in celebration of Martini Day on 19th June.

The Vesper martini is a cocktail famously introduced in Ian Fleming’s 1953 James Bond novel Casino Royale.

Unlike the classic martini, the Vesper mixes gin, vodka, and Kina Lille, resulting in a strong, aromatic drink with a slightly bitter edge.

It is traditionally shaken, not stirred. Don’t say it!

Simply pop the bottle and glass in the freezer for a couple of hours and then serve. Garnishing with a lemon twist.
