This small-batch blend was crafted in collaboration with J.J. Corry, with Georgie travelling to Co. Clare, Ireland, to join Louise McGuane, J.J. Corry Founder, at her famed ‘Warehouse of Flavours.’

This blend captures the full spectrum of Irish whiskey styles—Pot Still, Grain, and Single Malt—drawn from four unique casks. Two were fully matured in Oloroso and PX sherry casks, while the other two were finished in Oloroso and Pajarete casks. The result is a richly layered, perfectly balanced whiskey that epitomises the forward-thinking spirit of modern Irish whiskey.
