The term “Moka” was utilised to decribe the very finest of Coffea Arabica coffee beans shipped from the African Continent. Developed from a historic Creme de Moka recipe dating from 1755, Tempus Fugit Spirits selects the finest beans from the Southern Ethiopian Highlands which are expertly distilled with neutral eau-de-vie, blended with cold-brewed Ethiopian coffee and cane sugar to make their Tempus Fugit Creme de Moka.
