FATHER’S DAY WHISKEY TASTING

The Umbrella Workshop has just the treat for your old man on Father’s Day on 16th June – a special Irish Whiskey tasting, where you will taste five different Irish whiskeys and also a poitín just for good measure. You will learn all about the tradition of Irish distilling, from triple distilled Single Malts to Single Pot Still whiskeys and the events that shaped these spirits.
Guests will receive a reception cocktail on arrival showing the liquid’s versatility before embarking on tour of Ireland as a whole showcasing each style of Irish whiskey, sourced from the best distilleries.
To round it all off there will be complimentary Irish Coffees, and guests will be invited to take a short walk to sister bar and Irish whiskey palace, The Sun Tavern, where they can redeem 20% off their bar tab with an advance table booking. Table bookings for The Sun Tavern can be made here (please quote that you are attending the whiskey tasting when booking. Bookings should be made for 5pm onwards).
The session will take place at 3pm, lasting an hour and a half, and are priced at £65 per person.
