Just whack this straight on ice. Bloody hell, this is my kind of drink. Free flowing, keeping you coming back, changing in the glass. Very much an infusion for the darker skinned Syrah, lending fruit but not tannin. Red wine with white wine texture.

Nicholas Renaud is addicted to his craft, each year cultivating new parcels that he just couldn’t resist. Thanks to this, his cuvées are pretty eclectic, formed from a hodgepodge of terroir and grapes with new labels and names every time. Hard to keep up with, but worth it. His focus on unique bedrock, soils and forgotten vines mean his production is guaranteed to stay new, exciting, and delicious.
