Bràulio Amaro

Bràulio Amaro is an Italian herbal liqueur, produced in 1826 by the pharmacist Francesco Peloni and distilled since 1875 in the Peloni distillery in the municipality of Bormio, in Lombardy. The herbs used for the production of the herbal liqueur come exclusively from the Bormio region, or more precisely from Monte Braulio, the mountain that gives it its name. After fermentation, this amaro matures for 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels
