Redbreast 12yr Single Pot Still

Redbreast was released in 1903 by Gilbeys with liquid sourced from the old Jameson Distillery on Bow Street. Originally called “J.J. Liqueur Whiskey 12 Year Old”, “Redbreast” was a nickname given to one of the whiskeys by Gilbey’s chairman at the time, who was an avid birdwatcher, in reference to the Robin Redbreast. Now distilled in Middleton Co Cork, the Redbreast range was the leader in the renaissance of Irish Pot Still whiskey

Rebreast 12 Year Old is the youngest of the range but that doesn’t mean anything. A great drop to showcase that Irish whiskey can stand up to any Scotch.

Teeling X Umbrella London Ginger Beer Cask

Teeling X Umbrella London collaboration is finally here. We’ve worked with Jack and Stephen Teeling, alongside Teeling Master Distiller Alex Chasko on the world’s first Ginger Beer Cask Finished Irish Whiskey. Think of it as a cask swap – but doubled up. We aged our ginger beer in two Teeling ex-bourbon barrels for 2 years, then they took the barrels back and rested their whiskey for 6 months to create this.
