Les Vignerons d’Estézargues is a progressive co-op in southern France. The blend typically includes Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan from organically farmed vineyards grown on rocky, well-drained soils with clay and limestone. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel, the wine is made with minimal intervention—no fining or filtration, and very little added sulfur. The goal is to express the purity of the fruit and the character of the southern Rhône terroir, without heavy oak or manipulation.

On the palate, Taparas Rouge is juicy, fresh, and medium-bodied, with flavors of red plum, raspberry, subtle spice, and wild herbs. The tannins are smooth, the fruit is lively, and there’s often a slight natural spritz on opening that adds vibrancy. It’s an easy-drinking Rhône red with surprising depth and energy.
