Description
A fruity, creamy poitin made at Rademon Estate distillery, Shortcross Irish Poitín is created using a mash bill of exclusively Irish cereals – a trio of malted barley, malted wheat and malted rye. The result is aromas of apples, pears, vanilla, rolled oats and freshly-made fruit salad that fill the nose, complemented by notes of blackberry crumble, green grass and creamy vanilla throughout the palate.
