Redbreast 15 Year Old

£91.00

Redbreast 15 Year Old is richer, earthier and stronger than its 12 year old sibling. Redbreast was released in 1903 by Gilbeys with liquid sourced from the old Jameson Distillery on Bow Street. Originally called “J.J. Liqueur Whiskey 12 Year Old”, “Redbreast” was a nickname given to one of the whiskeys by Gilbey’s chairman at the time, who was an avid birdwatcher, in reference to the Robin Redbreast. Now distilled in Middleton Co Cork, the Redbreast range was the leader in the renaissance of Irish Pot Still whiskey.
