Introducing Estancia Raicilla – a premium agave spirit hailing from the state of Jalisco, where Tequila reigns supreme. Crafted using traditional techniques and made from the wild agave Maximiliana, this spirit offers a unique taste experience that’s similar to Mezcal, but with a distinct flavor profile all its own.
To create this exceptional spirit, the agaves are roasted for two days using open flames, rather than steamed like Tequila. The resulting liquid is then naturally fermented in old Jack Daniel’s bourbon barrels, which adds a subtle depth of flavor to the finished product. After fermentation, the spirit undergoes double distillation in copper stills, resulting in a clean and smooth finish that’s perfect for sipping.
