El Dorado 3 Year Old White Rum is an aged Caribbean rum crafted in the Demerara stills, home of the El Dorado rums. In the business of making rums since the 17th century, this house combines the old traditional stills with the knowledge and experience gained through the years to offer the widest variety and range of rums in a single distillery in the world.

El Dorado 3 Year Old is made directly from sugarcane, and twice filtered using natural charcoal in order to obtain a supreme quality, clarity, and purity in the liquor. The rum is then aged in fine oak casks that were previously used for bourbon. The maturation is conducted for at least three years, and then the final blend and bottling takes place.
