Domaine Les Serrals Côte à Côte 2018 – Syrah, Carignan, Mourvedre.

Chloe and Fred traded office jobs for Faugeres to make biodynamic wine back in 2016. Since then they’re tended eight-hectares of garrigue-fringed heaven. Their vineyard looks out over the coastal plain and down to the sea planted entirely on hard, heat-retaining schist soil. “Side by side” is a little nod to the twin hills that the vineyard sits on, as well as Chloe and Fred’s partnership.

Dark fruit, garrigue, smoke. Verging on full bodied but pleasantly fresh.
