Cocchi Barolo Chinato


Giulio Cocchi founded his business in the North Western Italian town of Asti in 1891 when, as a young pastry chef, he became fascinated with the pairing of food and wine. Not happy with what was around he began producing his own aromatic-infused wines.

Cocchi Barolo Chinato is made with Barolo wine and infused with the bark of the Calissaja Quinine tree, rhubarb root and a well designed mix of herbs and spices.
