Blue Spot 7 Year Old was originally created by Michell and Sons in Dublin. Being wine merchants they had access to loads of different cases and were able to source liquid from the Jameson Distillery on Bow Street. The spicy Pot Still style of Whiskey was lost to time due to it falling out of favour with Joe Public. Luckily it was brought back from the ashes in recent years and was added to the core Spot range.
