50% Sauvignon blanc, 50% Sauvignon Gris
Typical Sauvignon, but nothing like the mass-produced watery wines that are synonymous with the region. The Presto spends 8 months in concrete, which makes something clean and pure. Great tension and salinity, with the texture and balance coming from the Sauvignon Gris. This is a good wine to have with grilled white fish on the leaner side.
Light, bright, fresh and grassy. You get a lot of the classic Gascogne characters of white fruit, elderflower and citrus.
