An artisanal mezcal from QuiQuiRiQui that is made with a blend of spirits made with different agaves from different regions of Mexico – Espadin from Santiago Matatlan, wild Cuishe from El Sitio del Palmar and Tepeztate from Zoquitlan. Once blended, the mezcal is allowed to rest for two weeks before bottling, creating notes of green pepper, salty olives, vibrant herbs and peppery agave throughout the palate.
