Started in July 2014, East London Liquor Co. were the first distillery in the East End for over 100 years. Founded on an idea of “decent booze, for a decent price, from decent people” they have grown dramatically in the last few years and now produce and import a range of vodkas, gins, rums and whiskies. East London Liquor Co. Rarer Rum is made with Guyanese Demerara sugar and then distilled in the world’s last surviving wooden column still.
