Acqua Bianca Liqueur was released in early 2020 by liqueur expert De Kuyper and bartender master Salvatore Calbrese.
Whilst doing some research on Planter Punch recipes in the 1700’s Salvatore came across one that stood out using Ambergris. This rare substance comes from sperm whales and is considered floating gold – £20,000 a kg. Intrigued by this he began to experiment with this ingredient that is normally used to bond scents in the perfume industry.
