Merlet Lune D’Apricot
With a traceable history dating back to 1850, the Merlet family were distillers for merchant houses. At the start of the 1980s they got in to producing liqueurs, and it wasn’t until 2010 that they decided to start bottling their own Cognac. Using a wealth of experience they have created some of the worlds greatest fruit brandies.
Using only Rousillon apricots from exclusive farmers, this brandy is made by macerating the apricots, as well as some of the kernels, before blending the infusion with young Cognacs.
