Back in 2018, Bartender Jake Coverty got into making liqueurs for him and his friends to enjoy. Fuelled by his passion for the category of bitter and fortified wine he created Loninio. Later in 2019 he turned his had to vermouths.
An Aperitivo is made using 100% British Wheat Spirit and 9 botanicals. These include Gentian Root, Fresh Strawberries, Hibiscus, Rhubarb, Fresh Orange and Pink Grapefruit Peel. Perfect for mixing with Sparkling wine and soda for a refreshing Spritz.
