Le Spinee Prosecco Doc Treviso
The name “spago” means string in Italian and refers to the orange string wrapped around the top of the bottle. The wine is fresh and lively, with great balance and bubbles. It is fermented at a temperature of 19-20c and is made using the Charmat method that allows the wine to go through the second fermentation in pressurised tanks. The short tank termination preserves the freshness and the flavours of the grape.
