Italicus Rosolio Bergamot Liqueur

Rosolio (the dew of the sun) was considered the main aperitif of Italy until a 19th century king realized he could make more money from vermouth. He banned all Rosolio from his Royal house and ordered that only vermouth could be served.

Italicus was created in 2016 by former Martini ambassador Giuseppe Gallo. It a blend of bergamot peel, Cedro lemons, chamomile, lavender, gentian, yellow roses and Melissa balm.
